Warranty Policy：

Please note that our warranty policy only covers manufacturer-caused faults/defects and does not cover physical damage, etc. In addition, all warranty claims are subject to review/approval before a replacement product can be issued.

Warranty Period: For most products, the warranty period is 12 months from the date of delivery to the customer.

international shipments： Up to 30 business days due to longer shipping times and customs processing required for international shipments.

Disclaimer: Warranty replacements, like all shipments, require a 48-hour processing time.

Support return and refund within 30 days

  • Unopened merchandise can be fully refunded. All defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same model as the defective merchandise, or the merchandise cost can be refunded.
  • All opened non-defective returns will be subject to a delay fee of up to 15% within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept any products returned due to customer damage.
  •  Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Products must retain their original packaging, including all accessories, instructions and warranty cards, before they can be returned. Any damage or defects in the product must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery date. ​
  • In order to protect your rights, the returned merchandise must be prepaid freight, insured at full value, and properly packaged to prevent shipping damage. The original receipt or its copy should also be included in the returned package. ​
  • Upon receipt of the return, we will refund. S&H fees for the original and returned merchandise will not be refunded or compensated. If a replacement order is sent, we will ship or handle it to the customer free of charge.​​​
  •  No returns will be accepted after 30 days of delivery for any reason. ​ ​
